Use this page for pilot support, privacy requests, candidate deletion requests, client escalation, and subprocessor questions. Replace placeholders with approved operational contacts before external launch.
Primary pilot contact

For candidates
If your CV/resume was processed in HanteR and you want access, correction, deletion, or clarification, contact the recruiting organization first when known. You may also use the HanteR pilot contact path and we will route the request where appropriate.
For client administrators
- Use the pilot support contact for workspace access issues, data deletion requests, suspected incorrect AI-assisted outputs, and operational questions.
- Use the escalation owner for urgent privacy, security, or client-impacting concerns.
- Do not send production secrets, private tokens, or bulk CV exports over plain email unless a secure transfer method has been agreed.
What to include
Include your organization, workspace, affected candidate or job reference when safe to share, request type, urgency, and a non-sensitive description of the issue.
