Recruiter-led decisions
HanteR provides decision-support signals. Recruiters and hiring teams remain responsible for final review, outreach, rejection, interview, and hiring decisions.
What data HanteR may process
- CVs/resumes, cover letters, application answers, role preferences, experience, education, skills, contact details, and recruiter notes uploaded or entered by authorized users.
- Recruitment workflow data such as job descriptions, shortlisting stages, score explanations, recruiter feedback, candidate status, and audit events.
- Account, workspace, security, and usage metadata needed to provide the service, secure access, troubleshoot issues, and support the pilot.
How CV and resume processing works
When a CV or resume is uploaded, HanteR may parse text, extract contact and experience details, compare the profile against role criteria, and prepare recruiter-facing summaries. The goal is to help recruiters review evidence faster, not to make a final hiring decision for them.
AI-assisted shortlisting support
HanteR may use AI-assisted analysis to produce fit signals, explanations, and shortlist support. These outputs can be incomplete or incorrect, so they must be reviewed by a qualified human recruiter before being used in a candidate decision.
Candidate rights and deletion requests
Candidates may request access, correction, deletion, or escalation through the contact path listed on the contact page. Requests may need to be routed through the recruiting organization that controls the hiring process.
Retention
Pilot retention settings are described on the retention page. Final retention periods and deletion procedures require founder/client/legal approval before broad launch.
