Purpose-limited processing
Providers should be used only to operate HanteR, secure the platform, process recruitment data, generate AI-assisted support, store files, and provide support during the pilot.
Provider categories
- Hosting and application delivery providers for running the HanteR web application.
- Supabase/Postgres/Auth/Storage infrastructure for application data, authentication, and CV/resume storage.
- AI model and AI infrastructure providers for recruiter-reviewed summaries, shortlisting support, and explanations.
- Observability, logging, email, security, and support tooling used to operate and troubleshoot the pilot.
Candidate data handled by providers
Depending on the feature used, provider processing may include CV/resume text, job criteria, recruiter notes, generated summaries, technical logs, and account metadata. HanteR should avoid sending unnecessary data to providers.
Subprocessor questions
Clients can request the approved provider list, data location notes, and any planned material changes through the contact page. This public page is a readiness surface, not the final DPA or subprocessor exhibit.
