Terms

Pilot terms of use

Operational terms for using HanteR during a first-client pilot. These terms are product-surface placeholders and must be replaced or approved by counsel before final client signature.

Legal approval required

[PLACEHOLDER: governing law, contracting entity, payment terms, liability limits, support SLA, and accepted order form reference].

Decision-support scope

HanteR does not replace recruiter judgment. Users must review AI-assisted outputs and remain accountable for candidate communications and hiring outcomes.

Permitted pilot use

Authorized users may use HanteR to manage recruitment workflows, upload candidate materials, review AI-assisted summaries, coordinate recruiter notes, and document human decisions for pilot evaluation.

Recruiter responsibilities

  • Review candidate evidence and AI-assisted outputs before taking action.
  • Avoid uploading protected or unnecessary sensitive information unless the hiring process lawfully requires it and the client has appropriate controls in place.
  • Keep account credentials secure and limit workspace access to authorized recruitment team members.

No fully automated hiring decisions

HanteR must not be used as the sole basis for rejection, selection, or final hiring decisions. Final recruitment outcomes require qualified human review and client accountability.

Pilot limitations

During the pilot, features, availability, support processes, and data handling controls may change as the product is validated. Client-specific obligations should be captured in an approved order form, DPA, and onboarding pack.
